No Cheese on Atkins or what?

Alright, it says that cheese is zero carbs but you can only have 4 oz a day at the most. why is that?
Are there any of you that essentially lost weight faster w/o the cheese?
Plus is there anyother way to boost my weight loss (I've been on Colon Cleanz for about a week along with the Acai Berry Supplement).
